Our Mission

Our mission is to be the best pediatric and orthodontic dental clinic in the country. We are committed to being an enthusiastic team, excited about caring for our patients and promoting lifelong dental health. Our patient's emotional and physical well-being is our most important priority, and we will attempt to make it fun for them as well as rewarding. We will treat our patients and their parents/guardians with respect and tact. We will be clear in our communications with them regarding treatment, finances and education. We will continue to enhance our own personal development through continuing education and team-building to better serve the cause of quality pediatric and orthodontic dental care.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will submit insurance claims to all dental insurance companies.   *We are a provider with Dental Dental of South Dakota and for other Delta Dental Plans, please check with their provider listings,  some are self funded.   If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
