A pediatric dentist completes two to three additional years of specialized training following dental school. This training takes place in a children’s hospital and includes specialty training in child psychology, growth and development. Our pediatric dentists will evaluate, treat and maintain your child’s mouth from infancy through adolescence. In addition, our dentists are experienced in caring for patients with special medical, physical and mental healthcare needs. Their special training allows them to provide the most up to date treatment for a wide variety of children’s dental concerns.
Our Children’s Dental Center team has special training and extensive experience in helping anxious children feel comfortable and secure during their dental appointments.
