WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
Our office is following the highest infection control standards and will continue to monitor the guidelines set forth by the CDC, ADA and OSHA.
These guidelines are instrumental in keeping you, other patients and our team safe as well as preventing the spread of any infection.
If anyone in the household has had fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or other symptoms of illness in the past 14 days, please call our office to reschedule your appointment.
If anyone in your household has had contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid-19 or awaiting test results in the past 14-days, please call our office to reschedule your appointment.
We ask that only 1 adult accompany children to their appointments in order to minimize the number of people in the office at this time.
Face masks are required for all adults and patients over the age of 2. Please have your face mask on prior to entering the building.
Upon entering our building:
- You will be asked to use hand sanitizer.
- Your temperature will be taken.
- You will be asked a series of health screening questions.
- Please practice social distancing by doing your best to maintain a 6 foot distance from others while in the office.
We realize these measures may be an inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate through these uncertain times.
